- In case your FPS account is associated with Mobile, please input your Mobile No. for refund via FPS after Trial Class provided that the Limited Offer is still valid.
- To avoid system abuse, internet attack, etc., the 4 alpha-numeric digits have to be input accordingly
- Last, but not least, press “Send” button
As soon as the booking form is received, we’ll send you email notification with payment instruction. (For all new attendees, registration fee will be fully refunded* after Trial Lesson via FPS or PayMe)
You’ll receive email confirmation on the booking on the date of payment.
